Hey There!

I'm participating in Dance Marathon to raise funds for my local Children's Miracle Network Hospital to help provide life-saving care to kids in need. Together we can change kids' lives and change the future - but I need your help!

Children's Miracle Network reaches children all of the United States & Canada. Children just like me. From 10 days into my life, Seattle Children's Hospital became far more than  a hospital. Born with a rare connective tissue disorder called Larsen's Syndrome, my childhood looked different than most of my peers. Instead of sports practices, I had physical therapy. Instead of field trips, I had doctors appointments. But the care I received at Seattle Children's made everything worth it. 

In 2011, I asked my parents if I could sell cookies and lemonade, and give the proceeds to Seattle Children's. From the first year, I was hooked, Every October, we did a project benefiting an organization that supports kids and families who are walking through serious medical conditions, just like mine! In 2016, with the help of my friends and family, I started my own nonprofit called the Makspire Foundation. In 10 years, we've been able to raise over $1.2 Million dollars for kids like me and my fellow CMN patients!

In 2019, I had the honor of representing Children's Miracle Network as a National Champion. Through sharing my story and meeting other CMN partners, my fellow champions and I were able to raise funds and awareness for all the good that Children's Miracle Network does, all over the US and Canada.

Now, I'm a Freshman in college, and I am SO excited for this new journey with Children's Miracle Network. Join me in supporting our local CMN Hospital with the University of Washington's FIRST Dance Marathon!

	Student-Led Movement Miracle Network Dance Marathon is a student-led movement supporting Children's Miracle Network Hospitals. All year long, we raise funds for kids at our local children's hospital.
	Dedicated to supporting kids I'm joining other students, faculty and community members who are dedicated to supporting kids and families in need by asking for donations from friends like YOU!
	Donations stay local to help kids in our community Donations stay local to ensure that all kids get the care they need. YOU can be a hero for patients at your children's hospital.
