Hello!


I have had such an incredible time being a part of Jagathon: IUPUI’s dance marathon throughout the past four years! As you may know, I first joined Jagathon as a participant my freshman year, and after quickly falling in love with the organization and the great cause they support, I became a committee member on our Traditions committee my sophomore year. During junior year, I served as a chair on Community Engagement, and for my last year, I am a chair on the Family relations committee! Besides attending meetings and enjoying virtual events with Riley kids, I had the pleasure of designing and packaging superhero-themed boxes for our families this year. While I have been fundraising year round to support pediatric research, I have also volunteered over 150 hours at Riley Hospital for Children, interacting with the amazing staff and patients weekly. Even during the pandemic, I have been able to continue serving virtually each Wednesday.  
I am committed to making an impact on the lives of the kids and families in our community who receive treatment at Riley Hospital for Children, and I hope you will support me on my journey For The Kids!

 

Here's how it works 

Student-Led Movement 

Jagathon: IUPUI's Dance Marathon is a student-led movement supporting pediatric research at Riley Hospital for Children, our local Children's Miracle Network Hospital. All year long, we raise funds and awareness for kids at Riley Hospital. 

Dedicated to supporting kids 

I'm joining other IUPUI students, faculty, and community members who are dedicated to supporting kids and families in need. Jagathon has been helping children with life-threatening illnesses for nineteen years by giving financial and emotional support for hundreds of families across Indiana through the Herman B Wells Center for Pediatric Research.
