Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals (“CMN Hospitals,” “we,” or “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes the types of information we may collect from you, how we use the information we collect, with whom we share it, how we protect it, and the choices we offer you regarding our collection and use of such information when you visit our sites hosted by Donor Drive. CMN Hospitals’ Donor Drive-hosted sites all display the name “Donor Drive” in the footer of each page on those sites and include www.extra-life.org, www.events.dancemarathon.com, www.helpmakemiracles.org, www.princesshalfmarathon.childrensmiraclenetworkhospitals.org. This Privacy Policy also describes the types of information we may collect from you when or use the Extra Life mobile application or the Miracle Network Dance Marathon mobile application. All of the aforementioned sites and mobile applications are collectively referred to herein as the “Services.”

We may collect personal information about you, meaning information that can uniquely identify you, from various sources, such as:
- Directly from you when you use the Services, such as when you register for an account; upload, view, or download certain features or content; participate in events; enter contests or sweepstakes; or donate;

- Our affiliates, service providers, business partners, and other third parties.
The personal information we collect about you may include, without limitation:
- Contact information, such as name, postal address, email address, and phone number;

We use a third-party payment processor to process payments and donations made to us. In connection with the processing of such payments and donations, we do not obtain your payment card information.

We work with a number of third-party service providers to provide the Services to you. For example, Charity Dynamics maintains our Extra Life and Miracle Network Dance Marathon mobile applications, and Donor Drive hosts our websites at www.extra-life.org, www.events.dancemarathon.com, www.helpmakemiracles.org, www.princesshalfmarathon.childrensmiraclenetworkhospitals.org. CMN Hospitals does not control these third parties and is not responsible for their activities, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies before sharing any information with any parties other than CMN Hospitals.
Some content or applications available through the Services, including advertisements, may be served by third parties. These third parties may use cookies to collect information about you when you use the Services, such as your IP address, pages you visit, and when you view a page or open an email in which a tag is embedded. They may use this information to provide you with interest-based (behavioral) advertising or other targeted content and for other purposes. We do not control these third parties’ tracking technologies or how they may be used.
